Job Overview

VocoVision and William Penn School District are seeking five full-time Special Education Teachers for virtual case management positions. These roles cover a wide range of age groups and offer a unique opportunity for teachers to work remotely in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with clear goals and strategies to address each student's unique learning needs.
  • Provide specialized instruction, employing innovative methods to support both academic and social development.
  • Support behavioral and emotional growth, implementing strategies to manage behaviors and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the education team, working closely with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student education.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Special Education
  • Active Pennsylvania Special Education license and teaching certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting
  • Experience with teaching virtually is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet
