About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Coordinator role at our esteemed pediatric hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will serve as a lead and resource person for nursing personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless care delivery. Key responsibilities include facilitating shared decision-making among staff, coordinating unit throughput, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with the manager to monitor staffing schedules, assist with staff development, and evaluate staff performance.

Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing (Associates or BSN)
  • Licensed RN in Michigan
  • 1-2 years of experience with increasing leadership abilities
  • Ability to prioritize work, delegate tasks, and facilitate processes
