Field Representative

The Field Representative plays a crucial role in supporting our clients, collaborating with management, operations, and sales teams to deliver exceptional results. This position requires a strong sense of integrity, initiative, and teamwork aptitude, with a focus on maximizing customer commitment and business prosperity.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and serve subpoenas for records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize laptops with portable scanners to perform accurate scanning of records.
- Demonstrate knowledge of assigned territories, including a 100-mile radius, and be a responsible driver with a reliable and insured vehicle.
- Drive to different locations daily, covering neighboring territories as needed, and formulate relationships of trust with customers.
- Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendations, undertaking all customer support tasks in external facilities.
- Safeguard confidentiality of medical records and comply with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to medical records, ensuring HIPAA regulations are met.
- Report all pertinent findings of client inquiries, complaints, and satisfaction to applicable management when necessary.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work occasional overtime as required.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision and a strong sense of initiative.
- Service attitude with the ability to adjust to an ever-changing environment.
- Take ownership and accountability, managing internal and external expectations.
- Flexible, motivated, engaging team player with a solution-oriented attitude.
- General computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Windows.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Adheres to compliance policies and strives for excellence in daily duties.
- Works collaboratively with management to resolve departmental and organizational challenges.
- Experience working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to external facilities. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
