About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Teller to join our team at Heritage Bank. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer deposits and withdrawals
  • Verify customer identities and ensure that all transactions are secure
  • Process cash and check transactions, including counting and balancing cash drawers
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of six months customer service experience
  • Minimum of six months cash handling experience
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution
