The Job:
We are seeking an Office Assistant Intern to provide support for general office operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency and workflow, working with multiple departments, clients, and members of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support across multiple teams
- Establish procedures and efficiencies
- Maintain financial records, bookkeeping, and accounts
- Research and vet vendors, then track and follow through on invoices
- Act as the primary point of contact for building management
- Perform general administrative tasks for the office
- Provide high-level customer service and present a friendly, professional demeanor to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work 10-15 hours a week, Monday - Friday
