About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will lead cross-functional teams through the proposal process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. Your exceptional editorial and document management skills will be crucial in crafting compelling proposals that meet the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for analyzing RFPs, developing proposal strategies, and working closely with sales teams to ensure win themes are effectively incorporated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead proposal kick-off meetings and facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders
* Develop and manage timelines, schedules, and budgets for complex proposals
* Ensure proposals are 100% compliant, accurately represented, and consistently meet deadline requirements
* Collaborate with engineers, estimators, and sales teams to ensure proposals contain readable language, consistent factual statements, and respond to requirements
* Develop a thorough understanding of technical solutions from top manufacturers and make them easily understandable in text and infographics
* Review, proof, and edit proposals before final submission
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the RFP and proposal process, with a proven track record of delivering successful proposals. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Preferred certifications include APMP and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, disability plan, wellness program, 401(k) matching plan, colleague assistance program, tuition reimbursement, vehicle reimbursement plan, and more.
