Job Description:Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work with us in Concord, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use ionizing radiation to produce high-quality images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels for diagnostic purposes.
  • Support physicians in a fast-paced environment to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment of various ailments.
  • Collaborate with medical assistants and support staff to maintain efficient clinical flow and complete assigned tasks.
  • Secure diagnostic images using equipment and techniques suitable for patients of all ages.
  • Greet and prepare patients for imaging procedures in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Position patients on the examining table and adjust immobilization devices for optimal viewing.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, protocols, and regulations regarding patient positioning, exposure technique, radiation protection standards, and image processing.
  • Respond to patient and family educational needs and provide quality care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiographer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Current licensure as a Radiographer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • R.T.(R)(ARRT) certification and BLS certification.
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college.
  • Graduate of an education program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
