About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team at Tao Group Hospitality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and execute events, including planning, logistics, and execution
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, event planning, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and event planning principles
