Job Summary

The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist will lead and support initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to execute strategies while maintaining organized project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage projects by maintaining direction and focus through proactive planning and meeting deadlines.
  • Serve as an internal partner to leaders to identify opportunities within their regions or departments.
  • Provide training and resources on diversity and inclusion topics, ensuring employees are equipped to contribute to an inclusive workplace.
  • Develop communications that inform and engage partners around diversity efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally to support diversity awards and external partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to foster two-way communication and amplify diversity initiatives.
  • Track and analyze diversity metrics to assess the impact of initiatives and drive improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
  • Change Management Certification strongly preferred.
  • Travel up to 30%.

This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation.
