Job Title: Office Service Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Service Associate to join our team at The Millennium Group.

Responsibilities:

* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate recipients and departments.
* Collect and process outgoing mail in a timely manner.
* Prepare and track courier shipments using computer equipment.
* Maintain accurate records and logs of mailing activities.
* Perform data entry tasks as needed.
* Manage inventory control of mail and shipment supplies.
* Pick up and deliver supplies to designated locations as required.

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience in a mail room or with FedEx and/or UPS.
* Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to exercise independent judgment and resolve conflicts.
* Competency in performing multiple tasks and attention to detail.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
