We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in this exciting role. As a PTA at Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their successful recovery and rehabilitation.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed PT.
  • Assist PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehabilitation programs.
  • Document patient progress on weekly progress notes and obtain co-signature from PT.
  • Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. degree in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
  • Current licensure and/or registration as a PTA in-state as applicable.
