Industrial Sales Representative

Mettler Toledo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue and driving business growth by selling a wide range of industrial products and services to customers in the industrial weighing and automation/control markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account penetration plans to increase sales and revenue growth
- Utilize company resources to prepare for sales activities and account engagement actions
- Proactively engage assigned accounts to offer a wide variety of solutions and services
- Develop and expand relationships at assigned accounts through a network of MT employees, distribution partners, and other counterparts
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers
- Partner with company sales counterparts to expand overall account knowledge
- Promote Mettler Toledo as a valued and trusted partner across all divisions
- Understand customer needs and requirements to better support and react to account expanding requirements
- Organize and plan utilization of selling time to provide optimum effective account and territory coverage
- Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve set sales objectives
- Negotiate terms and conditions, effectively defend pricing, and limit discounting to meet company financial goals
- Routinely update sales pipeline and enter CRM changes in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; experience with engineering, industry, and technology or business administration is a plus
- 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the industrial marketplace
- Proficiency in MS Office software, solid organizational skills, and professional image
- Significant experience with ERP and/or CRM systems; SAP preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to make presentations to senior groups, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Excellence in interpersonal/communication skills, professional maturity, and ability to work with minimum supervision
