About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Virginia Beach. As a PCA with Care Advantage, Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients while enjoying a rewarding career path.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Two satisfactory professional references
  • Reliable transportation
  • Compassionate and respectful attitude
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for bonuses, overtime pay, and flexible scheduling.
