Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team at Apollo Printing & Graphics. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in a variety of administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. They will also be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as Adobe PDF and Creative Suite.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including assisting with inquiries and resolving issues
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including reception duties and petty cash reconciliation
  • Processing credit card transactions and handling payment processing
  • Assisting with will call orders and coordinating with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • Lifting boxes and handling mailroom duties on occasion

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Familiarity with general printing terminology and knowledge of PC navigation
  • Rudimentary MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Adobe PDF and Creative Suite experience
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
