Bartending Host

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team at JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC. in Los Angeles International Airport. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Guests while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to Guests' needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly stored and sanitized.
• Ring up all orders accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions with precision.
• Upsell food or drink items to Guests where appropriate and make recommendations based on their preferences.

• Able to operate P.O.S. system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions efficiently.
• Calmly respond to angry Guests and notify a Manager as needed.
• Dressed neatly and well-groomed in company-approved uniform at all times.
• Frequently lift 30 lb. cases and carry short distances, up or down stairs.

• ID all Guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger.
• Maintain a 'Corner Bar' atmosphere by providing a personal touch to repeat Guests.
• Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to Guests following standard recipes and company policies.
