We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team at the Montana Office of Public Instruction. This is a full-time position that offers an estimated salary of $65,000-$80,000 per annum.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide medical care and support to students in our school, working closely with students, parents, and faculty to ensure their health and wellbeing. About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid and emergency medical care to students as needed
- Monitor student health and provide ongoing care for chronic conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate records of student health and medical treatment
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs for students
- Educate students, parents, and faculty on health and wellness topics
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for students
- Maintain a clean and organized medical office and supplies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current state nursing license
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of common childhood illnesses and chronic conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
