Job Description

The Luxury Valet Attendant will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. This includes:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
  • Assisting with the check-in and check-out process, providing information about hotel amenities
  • Safely handling luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly
  • Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Requirements

To be successful as a Luxury Valet Attendant, you must have:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors
