Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a leading construction company to find a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join their team.

The company is a 60-year-old construction company with 6 locations across the US, known for its steady growth and close-knit, laid-back environment.

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
  • Conducting 3-way matching to verify invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and investigating discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and organizing accounts payable documentation.
  • Collaborating with project teams to resolve invoice or payment-related issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of construction or manufacturing accounts payable experience.
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
