Job Summary: We seek an experienced OB-GYN Nurse for a Full-time position at our Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, CA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This is a night shift position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our patients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. They will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to obstetric and gynecologic patients in a hospital setting.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.


Requirements:
  • Current California Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of experience in obstetrics and gynecology or related field
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification

Salary: $55,930-$73,176 annually
