Lunchroom Facilitator

Job Title: Lunchroom Supervisor

Location: North Elementary School (Grades 2-4)

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Saint Peter Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the role of Lunchroom Supervisor at North Elementary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students in grades 2-4 during lunch hours.

• Supervise students during lunch periods, maintaining a respectful and inclusive atmosphere
• Monitor and manage student behavior, addressing any issues in alignment with school expectations
• Assist students in maintaining a clean lunchroom space
• Foster positive social interactions among students
• Provide support to students with minor needs and concerns
• Communicate concerns regarding student behavior or safety to the appropriate staff
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures regarding student supervision and safety

• Prior experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
• Ability to manage groups of students and maintain a positive lunchroom atmosphere
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with students and staff
• Capacity to handle minor conflicts and support positive behavior management techniques
