Dental Specialist with Clinical Autonomy

We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon to join our busy practice in the Atlanta, GA Metro area. This is a multiple doctor office where patient care is always our top priority.
This is an established practice with a steady patient flow and high productivity. As an Oral Surgeon at our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced staff who utilize the most advanced materials and procedures available.
We practice comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on understanding the whole patient, while minimizing any negative impact on the environment or patient. Our practice offers a rewarding opportunity for a doctor who values clinical autonomy and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues.
Our practice offers a full schedule with complete clinical autonomy, allowing you to treatment plan your cases as you see fit. You will also have the opportunity to participate in community outreach initiatives and continue to improve your clinical skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.
In addition to these benefits, we offer a competitive salary of $350,000 per year, along with other perks such as mentorship, health insurance, and CE allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with general dentists on referral cases and all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary.
- Uphold policy, protocol, and procedures that follow current accepted professional standards.
- Improve clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities.
- Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary.
