Aesthetic Sales Role Overview

This position is responsible for sales activities within the aesthetic market, including maintaining and expanding sales within existing customer bases, prospecting for new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand sales within existing customer bases
  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time
  • Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner

Requirements
  • Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales, medical device preferred
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth
  • Ability to manage quota and close complex sales
  • Positive attitude and approach to the job responsibilities, team player
