We are seeking a skilled Meat Product Specialist to join our team in Harleysville, PA.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring our meat product areas are stocked, priced, and rotated correctly, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

As a Meat Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving deliveries, breaking down loads, and rotating cooler stock
  • Weighing, pricing, and labeling products
  • Stocking cases and selecting products for customers
  • Preparing valued-added products
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining product knowledge and making suggestive sales
  • Ensuring sanitation and food safety standards are met

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to read and understand company policies and safety regulations, and meet ergonomic and physical requirements. You should also be comfortable working in a cold environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
