Job Overview

Körber Pharma Packaging Materials, a global leader in folding cartons and literature for the pharmaceutical industry, seeks an experienced Assembly Line Worker to join their team.

About the Role

This is a critical position responsible for ensuring high-quality production of folding cartons. The successful candidate will work closely with mechanics to monitor job quality, detect defects, and maintain accurate counts and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor packing quality and accuracy to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Assist mechanics as needed to maintain efficient production processes
  • Stage material and perform stripping duties as required
  • Read and understand job jackets to ensure production meets quality standards
Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Capable of lifting 35 pounds, pulling, and pushing bundles frequently
  • Able to stand for at least 8 hours per day
  • Ability to complete production documentation accurately and efficiently
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Körber Pharma Packaging Materials offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching. Additional perks include paid time off and holidays.
