We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our Ann Mashburn Dallas shop team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.

Job Summary:

This hourly, non-exempt position involves creating meaningful relationships with customers to personalize interactions, build loyalty, and develop brand ambassadors. You will consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals while working as a team player, partnering with fellow associates and fostering open communication to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make all customers feel welcome and taken care of by exceeding their expectations and providing an exceptional brand experience
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the products and styling to advise customers of all shapes, sizes, and ages
  • Maintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up
  • Create seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for womenswear with knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and styling (preferred)
  • Exhibit a kind, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to serve others and provide memorable hospitality
  • Proven ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to graciously handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills

Salary:$60,000 - $70,000 per year
