The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, design, and development, with experience in MS Dynamics 365 and Power Apps applications program development, testing, and implementation. You will work closely with internal and external teams to provide technical expertise and support for all aspects related to the MS Dynamics 365 platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing MS Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions in compliance with customer business needs.
- Supporting internal and external teams as a subject matter expert for all aspects related to the MS Dynamics 365 platform.
- Gathering, organizing, and performing analysis of information about costs/benefits, advantages/disadvantages, and technical feasibility of designing and implementing proposed systems.
- Organizing meetings and working with agency management, users, vendors, consultants, and IT staff to discuss IT solution and program requirements.
- Performing various design activities such as creating program specifications, workflow diagrams, or structured charts, and logical data models.
- Ensuring the security, safety, and efficiency of the product and software is up to date.
- Continuous code vulnerability management to ensure product and software is up to date.
- Writing or modifying the necessary code to affect approved system requirements or change orders.
- Participating in the testing phase of application development such as assisting in the development of test plans, test conditions, and validation testing.
- Creating and maintaining documentation.
Required qualifications include:
- 60 months of experience with Dynamics.
- 60 months of experience with SQL and C#.
- 84 months of experience with .Net frameworks.
- 84 months of experience with writing SQL or PL/SQL in an Oracle Database environment.
- 60 months of experience with MS Dynamics, CRM concepts including configuration, Customization, Workflow, and Integration.
- 60 months of experience with Microsoft products (MS SQL, Office 365, Power BI).
- 60 months of experience planning, tracking, and managing software development projects using agile methodology and tools such as JIRA.
- 60 months of experience with standards and security development tools.
