Job Title: Litigation Assistant

Overview: Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Assistant to support our litigation team in managing cases from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior litigation experience to grow their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role: As a Litigation Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and formatting legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and motions. You will also assist with file management, serving court documents, and maintaining accurate records of deadlines and reminders. In addition, you will handle incoming and outgoing mail, schedule hearings and meetings, and assist with travel arrangements when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in California state and federal court. You should have experience with generating Tables of Authorities and Contents for motions, as well as knowledge of Worldox, Coyote Analytics, and Westlaw. Prior experience with editing and drafting CC&Rs is also preferred.
