Host Ambassador

As a key ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for providing warm and genuine hospitality to every Guest who walks through our doors. Your primary objective will be to create memorable first impressions and lasting connections with each and every person you meet.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the wait and seat Guests with a sense of urgency and efficiency
• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service that exceeds Guest expectations
• Lead the lobby experience for each Guest following Outback hospitality standards
• Ensure seamless communication between servers and bussers to guarantee a smooth dining experience

About You

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you have a natural flair for making people feel welcome and valued, we would love to hear from you.

Estimated salary: $12-$15 per hour based on location and experience.
