  • Assist with contract negotiation, execution, and management
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track over and underpayment resolution rates

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Three (3) years of customer service experience in a medical billing environment
  • Two (2) years of medical Accounts Receivable experience
  • Leadership abilities and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
