Inpatient Rehab Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at Medical City Arlington, a 435+ bed full-service hospital located in south Arlington. Our services include heart & vascular, brain & spine, emergency and trauma care, as well as cancer care, orthopedics, surgical and women's services.
As a part of the Medical City network of hospitals and specialists, patients are ensured access to leading medical experts and advanced healthcare innovations across the network.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing and at least one year of experience in Inpatient Rehab in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act
* Promote customer service initiatives along with the Hospital values and standards
* Utilize Nursing Process for individual care to meet needs of patients

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we provide paid time off, paid family leave, long- and short-term disability coverage, and leaves of absence. We also offer free employee-only coverage to full-time and part-time colleagues based on income through our Employee Health Assistance Fund.
