Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing:

  • Generate sales through company-sponsored and employee-sponsored initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and promotions.
  • Follow established sales systems to engage with prospects and current gym members.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive gym experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of club history, philosophy, facilities, staff, and policies.

Team Collaboration:

  • Maintain a positive relationship with the rest of the staff.
  • Support other staff in achieving their goals.

Training and Development:

  • Successfully complete the FC Training courses.
