Job Title: RN Neuro ICU PRN Days

At Abrazo Health Network, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative environment that supports the growth and development of our healthcare professionals.

The Neuro ICU at Central Campus is a dedicated 7-bed ICU focused on providing specialized care to patients with neurosurgical and neurological injuries, including stroke, brain hemorrhage, aneurysms, tumors, and other diseases affecting the brain and spine.

Our multidisciplinary team, comprising intensivists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and registered nurses, works closely with neurosurgeons and neurologists from the Abrazo Neurosciences Institute to ensure patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, specialized care to patients with neurosurgical and neurological injuries
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neuro ICU care
Requirements:
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
  • BSN preferred
  • 1 year of acute care experience in ICU or Neuro ICU
  • ACLS/CPR certification required upon orientation completion
