We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist Specialist to join our team at Lifepoint Health. This is a full-time position that will involve working with patients who require occupational therapy to regain their independence and functionality.
Job OverviewThe Physiotherapist Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals. This will involve conducting thorough assessments, creating personalized programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
- Create and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, current and unrestricted licensure in the state where services are rendered, and current CPR certification. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with others.
BenefitsLifepoint Health offers a competitive salary range of $52 - $60 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement opportunities.
Estimated Salary: $109,440 - $124,800 per year
