Dietitian Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Health Care Facility Surveyor. As a surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that healthcare facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in dietetics and experience in surveying healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the regulations and standards that govern healthcare facilities and be able to effectively communicate with facility staff and administrators.

• Conduct surveys of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action
• Collaborate with facility staff and administrators to implement changes and improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and standards

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dietetics
• Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
• At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
