Job Title: Manufacturing Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Financial Analyst to join our team at J. L. Nick & Associates, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the company's annual budget and provide accurate financial information to stakeholders
  • Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity for the business
  • Supervise the Accounting Assistant and provide direct support
  • Develop and implement financial analysis and forecasting models

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, cash flow, and financial analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
