About the Role:

C1 Insurance Group is a dynamic and growing insurance agency seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and working with producers to maintain high customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Work closely with producers to maintain high customer retention rates and identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage customer communication and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist customers with coverage and billing questions, as well as process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Facilitate the claims process as needed, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution

Requirements:

  • Customer service background with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or insurance background, P&C insurance license and experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
