About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Privacy and Information Security Attorney to join our Corporate Law Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements, enterprise risk management, and the compliance and ethics program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in privacy and information security laws and regulations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be responsible for advising on a number of enterprise programs, including those related to privacy, information security, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements
  • Advise on enterprise risk management and the compliance and ethics program
  • Collaborate with business leaders throughout the enterprise to develop and implement effective privacy and information security strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law, technology, and business objectives and efforts
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state and membership in good standing of the bar
  • 5+ years of experience with privacy and/or information security laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with risk and/or compliance programs
  • Demonstrated adaptability, learning agility, and the ability to excel in a collaborative environment
