Sales Development Specialist

**Company Overview**
Alro Steel Corporation, a leading supplier of raw materials to various manufacturing industries, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Morrisville. Established in 1948, Alro Steel has over 60 facilities strategically located throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage an established customer base, price and process orders, solve customer delivery and material challenges, and interact with operations on behalf of the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing customer base through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Pricing and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Solve customer delivery and material challenges by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Interact with operations on behalf of customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Previous metals industry experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
