At Aerotek, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build and install electrical systems for various clients in the industry.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler who can follow point-to-point wiring diagrams to assemble electrical wire harnesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to work efficiently with various tools and equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building switchgear, control boxes, and control panels for train stations, subways, airports, and other infrastructure projects. They will also utilize splicers, crimpers, and other tools to build units, run, bend, and install conduit, pull wire and large cable, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Shifts and Schedule:

The shifts for this position are standard (6am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday) or weekend (6am-6:30pm, Friday-Saturday). Overtime is typically on Fridays for around 8 hours, and there may be occasional Saturdays worked (4-8 hours as needed).

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a highly competitive position offering $22.50 per hour, which translates to a salary range of $45,600 - $52,000 per year based on a 40-hour workweek.
