Job Summary

Kemper is seeking an experienced Adaptive Insights Administrator to manage and maximize the day-to-day functionality of Adaptive Insights and its integration with Workday Financials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, data analysis, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data integrations into Adaptive Insights from Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and other source systems.
  • Monitor and deploy cloud-based functionality and upgrades from Workday and Adaptive Insights, coordinating testing and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage business rules impacting calculations, allocations, and repositories within Adaptive Insights for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for data integrity and user processes.
  • Lead internal trainings and information sharing activities.
  • Troubleshoot data and break/fix issues.
  • Maintain user permissions and role access.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with system administration.
  • Adaptive Insights expertise.
  • Knowledge of Adaptive Planning suite.
  • Excellent data analysis and Excel skills.
  • Experience in FP&A a plus.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
