Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified Doctor of Medicine (MD) to serve as a Full-Time Medical Director in Western New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pediatrics or Family Practice, with a proven track record of leadership and clinical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership to our team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics or Family Practice
- Active New York medical license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
