Job Description

The Registered Nurse Clinical Educator II (RNCE) is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating clinical opportunities to improve diabetic patient care and staff education. The RNCE will act as a liaison with multi-disciplinary departments and services to provide diabetes education for patients and their families on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program required
  • Minimum of three years clinical RN experience required
  • Familiarity with insulin pumps preferred
  • Current Texas RN license required
  • Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
