This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide a seamless care experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing assessments and interventions for postpartum and newborn patients.
  • Coordinate health services with the multidisciplinary team to find an effective plan of care for each patient.
  • Awareness and alertness of newborns symptomatic changes and alert providers.
  • Provide education to patients and/or family members on health-related topics.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree from an accredited professional nursing educational program.
  • A current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
  • Passed the National Council Licensure Examination.
