Responsibilities and Requirements

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. You may also be required to assist with medication reminders, shopping, and running errands.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high level of empathy and compassion, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A background in healthcare or a related field is preferred but not necessary, as we provide training and certification opportunities.

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred but not necessary
  • Previous experience as a caregiver is a plus
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience and certification.
