Director of Philanthropy

At LHH, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Philanthropy to spearhead our fundraising efforts and drive awareness for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support our annual operational budget and build reserves.
• Oversee all fundraising initiatives, including major gifts, grants, events, and planned giving.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit donors while managing stewardship for existing supporters.
• Train and motivate board members and volunteers to engage in fundraising activities.
• Manage consultants and freelance staff to align with strategic goals and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven success in grant writing, donor engagement, and volunteer leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of the philanthropic landscape.
• Ability to collaborate with high-profile donors and volunteers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management systems.
