About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead our internal team of billing specialists and drive process optimization across offices and functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead an internal team of billing specialists for a multi-state provider group, fostering a positive and solution-oriented team culture.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring timely claims submissions, denial management, and payment posting.
- Drive billing process optimization, improve policies and procedures for decreasing Days in A/R, and ensure integrity and compliance in all collections-related processes.
- C coordinate resolution of patient concerns regarding claims processing and billing issues, promoting a seamless patient experience.
- Improve policies and procedures for decreasing Days in A/R, ensuring timely payments and revenue growth.
- A minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a billing-related setting, including employee selection, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate areas for improvement and facilitate change within the team.
- Experience with all areas of billing, including charge capture, payment posting, denial management, patient collections, and overfunded accounts.
- Professional billing experience, preferably in mental health, with a focus on process development and continuous improvement.
- Critical thinking, time management, detail orientation, excellent communication, and objectivity are essential qualities for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
