Pepsi Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange products on shelves and displays according to a prearranged plan or your own creative ideas.
• Place price and descriptive signs on merchandise and fixtures to maximize visibility.
• Transfer products from the stock room to the sales floor to comply with Sell By dates and minimize stock room inventory.
• Order products for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement display ideas in collaboration with the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel to address any service or product needs.
• Construct and assemble display aids from company-provided materials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
• Basic math skills to perform calculations and interpret data.

Working Conditions:

The Pepsi Merchandiser role requires standing, walking, and using hands to handle products. The employee may occasionally sit, climb, or balance, and must regularly lift and move up to 70 pounds unassisted. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
