Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Management Systems Specialist to join our team at Dartmouth Health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement information, ensuring data integrity, and performing quality assurance testing for new or redesigned PeopleSoft reports and functionality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain data integrity standards for maintenance of master files
  • Create query reports based on required specifications
  • Assist with the implementation of new PS products
  • Prepare statistical summaries and reports from MMIS
  • Perform maintenance and quality assurance testing
  • Collaborate with financial and systems analysts
  • Elicit, analyze, and validate Supply Chain systems and data needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in PeopleSoft preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
