Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical office team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing patient schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families
  • Manage patient schedules and coordinate appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient registration and insurance verification
  • Process patient payments and resolve billing issues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records

Working Conditions:
