Patient Service Representative

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical office team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing patient schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families
- Manage patient schedules and coordinate appointments
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient registration and insurance verification
- Process patient payments and resolve billing issues
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
Working Conditions:
