Stroke Neurology Specialist

Geisinger's Neuroscience Institute is seeking a skilled Stroke Neurology Specialist to join the neurology team at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania.

The successful Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited program and must be eligible or certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants or the State Board of Nursing. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and be able to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

• Providing high-quality patient care and managing patient outcomes
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in stroke neurology

• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Eligible or certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants or the State Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support Certification

We offer competitive salaries ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Our salary estimate is based on industry standards and location.
